About the presenters:

Karla Chin is the founder and director of Thriving Lifestyle. She is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, Certified Lifestyle Educator, Certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and an Eating Psychology & Mind-Body Nutrition Expert.

Karla is very passionate about helping other women create a balanced and empowered relationship with food and all other aspects of their life so that they can reveal their best selves to the world.

Karla knows first-hand how it feels to have an unhealthy & shameful relationship with food. Her battle with overcoming an eating disorder ended up being the best gift that she has ever received. Her healing journey allowed her to connect with her authentic self, foster unconditional self-love, create a truly healthy & holistic lifestyle, discover her life purpose & give birth to Thriving Lifestyle. Most importantly, she’s now able to show up as the best version of herself for her newborn daughter and continues to inspire other women to “be the change” they wish to see in the world.

Staley Sednaoui is a certified nutritional counselor as well as an expert in Eating Psychology and Mind-Body Nutrition. She advises her clients on what to eat as well as how to eat, believing that the two are closely linked. She listens carefully to her clients and helps guide them into choices and practices that are individualized, beneficial, and sustainable. Though weight loss is her specialty, working with Staley does not mean going on a diet, but rather re-establishing a new and improved relationship with food, eating, body and self and, thereby, losing unwanted pounds.

She holds a BA from Vassar College, a certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, and a certification from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder, CO. She is also trained in Reiki I and II as well as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
