Stir-Fried Cauliflower Rice

Being raised in a traditional Filipino household, white rice was one of our staple foods. It was common for 2/3 or more of my plate to be filled with rice during meals. In fact, it was a shocker to me when I first found out that not everyone owns a rice cooker. As a child, I [...]

Paleo Banana Bread

This summer I have been enjoying the most delicious banana bread while also remaining committed to my sugar-free and wheat-free diet. The recipe is from Elena’s Pantry (www.elenaspantry.com) which is a wonderful gluten-free website. It’s so simple and delicious. My entire family loves it and I recently served it to houseguests who raved about it and had no idea it was even modified from the traditional banana bread recipe.
